Commissions

GENERAL
Please treat me with respect, I am a real person ^w^ I hope we will work well together. I have the right to decline any commission requests that I do not think I am suitable to work on. I may also send a message to the requester if I have any issues with the request.I will not design a new character for you unless the name of the commission type is "custom character commission", I rarely ever sell custom commissions. You must have a comprehensible digitalized furry character ready.REVISIONS
You will get no revisions on "sketchy style" commissions, except for any design mistakes I've made.For regular sketch commissions: You will get up to minor 6 revisions by the sketch. Any revisions that are extra, demanded that are after the sketch is accepted or anything huge such as changing the entire pose may cost extra or declined.Custom character design commissions are allowed 6 free color revisions after the sketch stage.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
You can expect delivery within two months after you have completed payment. I tend to finish most commissions 2 weeks within taking payment on smaller batches (like batches of 5)USE
For personal use only unless commercial rights were agreed upon and paid for.
You may use them on personal websites, socials without the goal of generating income.
You may make edits to your commissions such as video edits, color changes/filters and adding stickers/frames!You may not edit the line art, nor process through artificial intelligence.
Commercial use counts as marketing, merchandisingIf you decide to buy and obtain commercial rights, it will be terms we agree upon in messages and paid for.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I have the right to post artworks that I have created for you unless there was an agreement made during the process of commissioning. ($)REFUNDS
Until I have completed the sketch you may get a full refund.I may not give you a refund past the completion of the sketch unless they see fit. (such as not feeling well enough to complete the art)An exception to the previous statement is if I hasn't completed the art within 3 months you may request a refund and receive it.I do not give any refunds after I have deemed that the commission is finished, and over any dissatisfaction that you have over the completed piece.COMMUNICATION AND WORK IN PROGRESS UPDATES
We will communicate via messages, email, or preferably discord!When I complete the sketch I will message you it and wait for your confirmation and desire for any changes ^-, except if it a skeb-like or sketchy style commission.During regular commissions, when I send updates, I will likely wait for your response or confirmation before continuing my work. Please let me know if you cannot respond regularly and want me to carry on work with my own judgement. Failure in being able to communicate for a week after I update you, I will continue to carry on to complete the commission with my own judgement while still sending updates.I expect you to elaborate on what you desire within the ranges of my artistic ability, if you do not know please ask me!EXTRA COSTSDepending on what you asked for I may propose to you a different cost for the commission, such as a complicated character, rush fees, privacy fee or other.Depending on where you live, I may also be required to collect taxes, I will need your billing address to charge you, otherwise I cannot do the commission work for you. This information will not be shared with anyone other than my accountant for tax purposes.

Do not copy/heavily reference my designs or my art but referencing my art style in general is fine however.REDESIGNS
You may redesign them as much as you'd like, and you are fine to add edits to the reference, but you must also keep an unedited original version of them somewhere on their profile, in the case there is a future ownerif you make a redesign of my character, it will be bound to the character and cannot be traded/sold/gifted separately. If your redesign looks entirely different to be it's own, you may ask if it is okay to be separated.TOYHOUSE USE
co-owning my characters is fine, but there may be only one profile
do not delete their profile, hiding it is fineDo not upload my designs to toy house, if you need a design I made uploaded,
dm me with proof of ownership, value and I will upload it for you

You must notify me in your offer that you need a payment plan. I accept at maximum 3 weeks and you must uphold your end of the transaction otherwise you may be blacklisted or banned from future payment plans.

I accept most major international cards, like Visa® and MasterCard® as it can be used through Paypal.EXTRA COSTS
You can buy commercial rights for the design and original reference for 100$ but if you already spent 400$ you have commercial rights already.Depending on where you live, I may also be required to collect taxes, I will need your billing address to charge you, otherwise I cannot do the commission work for you. This information will not be shared with anyone other than my accountant for tax purposes.
